This year has been pretty sporadic for me in terms of running. I'll sit on my behind for a week or two and then randomly decide to go run 2 or 3 miles. Strange ... I know. When it comes to running and endurance, consistency is key and that's an aspect I've been lacking in a few areas of my life. I'm always finding an excuse as to why I can't or don't have time. So, today, I pledge to run a mile a day for the next week. It's more about the commitment than the actual task. Because when it comes down to it ... those 10 minutes I spend going through my Instagram newsfeed, I could be sweating it out on the pavement. Anyone want to join in?
